Question 1

How often should I schedule a clean?

Accepted Answer

This depends entirely on your lifestyle and preferences. Most of our residential clients opt for a fortnightly clean, which maintains a consistently fresh home without the weekly commitment. Families with young children, pets, or high foot traffic often prefer weekly cleans. We're happy to discuss what's right for you. Just ask.

Question 2

What cleaning products do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use professional-grade, eco-conscious cleaning products that are effective yet safe for your family, pets, and the environment. All our products are hospital-grade for sanitising, but formulated to be low in harsh chemicals. If you have specific allergies or preferences, just let us know and we can accommodate.

Question 3

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Most of our clients provide a key or access code and aren't home during their clean. We take security and privacy very seriously. All our cleaners are background-checked and we have strict key management protocols. If you'd prefer to be home, that's completely fine too.

Question 4

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we understand that life is unpredictable. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to our short-notice cancellation policy, as our cleaners set that time aside for you. We're always flexible and human about it. Just get in touch.

Question 5

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. RADSP Cleaning & Solutions is fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. In the unlikely event that something is damaged or goes wrong, you're fully covered. We'll also make it right ourselves. No fuss.

Question 6

Will I always get the same cleaner?

Accepted Answer

We work hard to assign you a consistent cleaner or small team for regular cleans. This way, they get to know your home, your preferences, and your standards, and you build a comfortable, trusting relationship. In the event your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll always notify you in advance.

Question 7

Does end-of-lease cleaning guarantee my bond back?

Accepted Answer

Our end-of-lease cleaning is performed to the highest standard to maximise your chances of a full bond return. We follow a comprehensive checklist that aligns with real estate requirements. While we can't make a legal guarantee (the final decision rests with your property manager), our clients consistently receive their full bond back.

Question 8

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas in question — that's included as part of our service. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Question 9

Do you offer anything for regular bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients who sign up for weekly or fortnightly recurring cleans are looked after with a quote tailored to their frequency. The more regularly you book, the more we can do for you. Get in touch or fill out our booking form to receive a personalised, no-obligation quote that reflects your frequency.

Question 10

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Simply fill out our booking form with your service type, frequency, and property details, and we'll respond with a personalised, no-obligation quote within a few hours. You can also call us directly on 0451 256 156 for an immediate discussion.
